As well as this you can raise a ticket with your request and you will be contacted under our SLA (Service Level Agreement) within the time frame agreed to the severity of the job.
We also offering training courses to your staff on the basics or more advance areas of OS X. We can also offer technical training for your in house support which is tailored for schools and business.
With each install we offer a free documentation of your install with information on all settings which have been used and passwords. We can also supply documentation on your install for example; Deployment documentation. So when we leave you are not completely in the dark.
